Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Data Entry Clerk within our Accounts Department. You must have good Customer Service skills, eye for detail and be a team player.

Working 5 days per Week Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with 1/2 hour lunch break.

You will be assisting in the smooth running of this busy department.

**Key Tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Answering telephone calls
- Checking data accuracy on worksheets
- Ensuring sundries are being charged
- Creating invoices for all jobs ensuring invoices are correct
- Updating customer records
- Liaising with Engineers
- Handling outgoing invoices

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£22,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chatham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
