**Days - Monday - Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm and Friday 8.00am-12.00pm**

**Rotating weekly shifts - 06.00-14.30 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-12.00 on Friday and 14.30-23.00 Monday to Thursday and 12.00-18.00 on Friday**

**£15.40 per hour for days and £18.29 per hour for rotating shifts**

We are looking for a Production Welder to join a world-leading manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa on a temporary to permanent basis.

A well-established manufacturing company who specialises in heavy duty vehicles are looking to recruit Production Welders within a MIG welding discipline to join their small team based in Leamington Spa on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming permanent.

The successful Production Welders would ideally have experience with welding mild steel thickness from 3mm to 15mm.

**Production Welder - Role & Responsibilities**:

- Production Welding
- Using Jigs and fixtures to produce MIG welded components
- Welding of mild steels of varying thickness (3mm to 15mm)
- Experience in the use of overhead cranes and working at heights
- Continuous weld of larger length materials
- Working with hand tools, sanders and grinders
- Perform daily and weekly TMP checks and raising any issues
- Perform quality checks to ensure the product is correct to the drawing.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Working to stringent timeframes
- Working to tolerances

**Production Welder - Key Skills Required**:

- MIG welding
- Experience within a production environment
- Experience with larger length welds from inch up to feet
- Experience with heavier gauge welding
- Experience with handheld tools

In return, the successful **Production Welders **will benefit from a salary of £15.40 per hour for day shifts and £18.29 per hour for rotating shifts

**Working Hours**:
Days - Monday - Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm and Friday 8.00am-12.00pm
