**What you'll be doing**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Stock Condition Surveyor / Energy Assessor to join our team based in Bath. This role will be internally known as Property Inspector.

You’ll be joining one of the largest landlords in the South West with more than 13,000 homes, from starter homes to Grade I listed buildings, in locations from rural villages to City centres. We are building hundreds of homes every year so it’s a great and interesting environment to work in and we can guarantee no two days are ever the same

You’ll be part of a team responsible for carrying out home condition surveys and energy performance assessments to determine the age, condition and efficiency of our homes to ensure they meet statutory compliance regulations and Curo standards.

You’ll be covering an area including, Bath, Bristol and North East Somerset. You can work flexibly between 8am-5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, based on our customers’ needs as well as organise your own workload and set your own diary appointments.

- a passion for housing with a good understanding of domestic construction and energy assessments
- the ability to identify hazards, risks and defects in our customers homes.
- technical experience in housing and/or a City and Guilds qualification in Domestic Energy Assessments.
- Be resilient, flexible and self-motivated, with excellent organisation and IT skills and the ability to thrive in a busy team environment.
