**Children’s Services Quality & Assurance Lead**

As the **Children’s Services Quality and Assurance Lead** you’ll be an open and approachable multi-site manager with extensive experience within a childcare setting and of safeguarding practices. You are an engaging communicator able to openly and effectively communicate with audiences of all levels.

The **Children’s Services Quality and Assurance Lead** will take overall accountability for quality assurance for all children’s services across the group ensuring Nuffield Health meet all regulatory requirements, are legally compliant and adhere to Ofsted standards and it’s governance structure. They will be accountable for Ofsted Compliance across the group, through a structured and reportable review and assurance programme and act as the groups nominated individual registered with Ofsted.

**Your role & responsibilities will include**:

- Taking overall responsibility for Early Years Foundation Stage Monitoring and outcomes for our Nuffy Bear Children.
- Holding line manager responsibility for Ofsted and Care Inspectorate compliance lead roles to ensure we meet regulatory requirements.
- Being responsible for developing comprehensive policies and procedures which are regulatory and legally compliant and in line with Nuffield Health brand requirements.
- Reporting on serious Health & Safety issues and implementing appropriate corrective plans where necessary.
- Writing all reports required to represent Children’s Services including regular submission into the Children & Young Persons Expert Advisory Group and Quality Board.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring compliance of any third party suppliers operating within Children’s Services in Nuffield Health
- Overseeing recruitment of senior personnel alongside the various levels of National Ops teams, including accountability for the Nursery Managers and Deputies being appointed.
