This role is perfect for someone with experience supporting children with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Autism.
About the Role:

Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and feeding, in a manner that respects pupils' dignity.
Support the development of pupils' communication and independence skills.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver holistic support.
Use strategies such as Team Teach or sensory-based approaches (if trained) to manage behaviour and support learning.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in an SEN setting.
Practical experience working with children with PMLD, SLD, and Autism.
A compassionate, proactive, and flexible approach to meeting individual pupil needs.
Team Teach training (desirable but not essential).
A commitment to promoting inclusivity, supporting diversity, and fostering the cultural richness of the Ealing community.
