SF Recruitment is currently for a creative, vibrant Marketing Manager to join one of our key clients. This is a full time, permanent role based in Derby.

You will have proven track record of managing and executing a range of communications.
As the Marketing Manager your primary responsibility will be to work to implement the long and short term engagement strategies.
A keen eye for detail and creative flair are key to this role.
This is a new role that you can make your own - the role will be suitable for a hands-on individual, comfortable and confident working on their own initiative and collaboratively with the Director.
Responsibilities Include:

- Input and support the overall Commercial marketing plan and budget
- Ensure all product launches are delivered for the UK on time, efficiently and considers the needs of our UK customers
- Liaises with outsourced marketing companies that support the Commercial marketing strategy to deliver an integrated, timely and an 'on budget' communications plan
- Management of marketing materials stock - control and order of POS materials and distribution to both sales teams and merchandisers
- Liaison with merchandiser or sales reps to deliver and install any POS needs (including our Clerkenwell showroom) including samples and management of other consumables (e.g. packaging)
- Exhibition liaison and co-ordination. Be the UK point of contact for central exhibition show delivery and any relevant trade shows for the target audience.
- Liaison with central product and marketing teams to ensure that the UK has sight of all marketing materials, PR stories, product launch information and act as primary UK Commercial marketing UK point of contact
- Ensure UK all offline and online communications are accurate and reflect the company's Commercial audiences
- Support sales teams to deliver training and tools/collateral needed to support lead
generation including customer presentations, CPD's etc.
- Manage any relevant contact databases for UK business to include splits by sector to enable marketing communication plan to be effective.
- Use relevant internal business information, present reports and use analytical skills to continually recommend improvements to marketing communications and activities.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000
