Lettings Negotiator

Henry Adams Lettings is delighted to have a vacancy for a full time negotiator at our busy Chichester Lettings branch. We will consider both experienced Lettings/Sales professionals as well as trainees.

Working in one of our busiest lettings offices the role will involve overseeing the initial stages of the lettings lifecycle from speaking to potential new clients, visiting properties, conducting viewings and arranging tenancies.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work under pressure and to work in a team
- Exceptional organisational, verbal and written communication skills
- Expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
- Ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies

Working hours for this role are 08:45am - 18:00pm Mon-Fri, plus 1 in 3 Saturday's 08:45am - 16:00pm.

Salary dependent on experience.
