Fork The Waffle is an agency created to cut the crap out of the over-complicated creative world. We make your role as a Forker the best choice on the menu - besides working with a forking great team of creatives, you'll get a chance to level up your career.

By working to help regional and national brands get creative, we'll leave you hungry for more. From tv ads to digital video and more for brands in various industries, it's safe to say we've plated up a pretty successful creative role.

We like to get sh*t done but have a good time doing it. Let's cut out the waffle and give you the details. We are looking for a Creative Executive to join our team to support continued growth.

**The key responsibilities of the role will be**:

- Pitching ideas confidently, presenting creative concepts to clients, as well as communicating them internally to members of the Fork The Waffle team.
- Creating pitch documents and proposals for TV, video and social media packages.
- Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them through to completion.
- Leading internal and external creative sessions to generate ideas.
- Researching the latest creative and video trends.
- Managing and building client relationships while ensuring all projects are running on time, to budget and meeting client needs.

**To become a Forker, you'll need**:

- Experience presenting and confidently upselling/pitching.
- An understanding and passion for video/TV and Social Content.
- Experience in a client or customer-facing role.
- A creative thinker who constantly tries to push the boundaries with engaging and creative ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear creative vision while remaining open to other's ideas.
- Self-motivated, confident and hard-working with keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**We see the below experience as beneficial**:

- In-depth understanding of creating proposal documents using Google Slides.
- Qualification in a marketing or creative industry-related field.
- Experience creating or planning video or TV campaigns.
- Previous experience at a marketing/ creative/ social media agency.
