**Digital Media Executive (Full or Part Time / Flexible)**

This is an exciting time to join Ochiba Business Solutions, a leading SAP Business One partner, providing software and consulting to SMEs across the UK. SAP Business One is a best-in-class ERP Software Solution from the world leader in business software, SAP.

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing executive with a ‘creative spark’ and ability to generate stand-out content that will drive both existing and new products to market. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be a design lead, driven individual who will ensure our product innovation delivers the desired business growth.

Ochiba operate mainly in the UK, although our growth plans include selling our self-service cloud products worldwide.

The focus of this role will be enhancing and generating new engaging content for our current website, social media, e-marketing and paid advertising. This will include using and creating video, graphics, and animations to deliver strong business benefit messaging.

Having the ability and desire to create content that stands out from the current ‘digital noise’ is vital to succeed in this role.

**Duties for this role will include**:

- To take ownership of the Ochiba social media channels, including being tasked with creating and posting relevant content on behalf of the Business Development Director and Managing Director.
- Producing high standard engaging images and video suitable tools such as the Adobe suite to create digital content.
- Consistently come up with original and creative ideas developing concepts through editing to a polished final delivery.
- Designing and editing video and photo content in a variety of different formats and sizes that can be applied to multiple marketing communication channels. Including social media, on-line publications, PR and paid marketing campaigns.
- Editing and creating written content to support the digital media.
- Input into the design of new software apps and creating the supporting promotional videos. These to be marketed world wide.
- Working with publishers and other 3rd parties that Ochiba uses to increase market presence.
- Working with SAP’s marketing team to understand current trends and drivers in the ERP Market.
- Identify key areas for SEO, make recommendations, and implement these.
- Identify and utilise various strategies and techniques to increase web traffic and achieve high-ranking placements on search engines.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, Mailchimp, and other paid marketing and automation platforms, in order to grow our social media presence.

**What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?**
- You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will be highly organised with good time management and the ability to meet deadlines. You are expected to bring creative thinking to the table and take on briefs from concept to delivery.
- We are much more interested in your prior working experience and achievements that academic qualifications.
- Experience in capturing and editing quality video and photo content. Must have experience of creating content in a commercial environment, ideally related to software apps or technology.
- Comprehensive knowledge and ability to use social media platforms Including LinkedIn, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
- We currently use Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro although we are not limited to these, it’s the result that counts but advanced knowledge and skills in these or similar tools is a must.
- Good working knowledge of how CRM systems work, we use SAP Business One (obviously)
- Experience of Content Management Systems and in particular WordPress to delivery an engaging web presence is important.
- Prior use of SEO tools and PPC such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords / AHrefs & SEMrush for keyword research
- Other tools like Lead Forensics, Canva, and Figma are also used and experience in these would be advantageous
- Experience in interpreting creative briefs and managing requirements and business challenges.
- Must have an excellent attention to detail
- Be proactive with a positive can-do attitude
- Be organised and great at multitasking

**Additional information**:

- The role will be mainly office based at Barlborough, just off junction 30 of the M1 between Sheffield and Chesterfield.
- The role can be flexible with working hours and some home working.
