This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with no previous accounts experience to kick-start their career in accounts and finance and progress quickly. The client are happy to look at people with strong admin backgrounds or recent graduates.Full training and support will be provided.
Main Duties:

- Processing purchase ledger invoices with assistance from current accountant through accounting system and online portal.
- Distribution of monthly credit card statements and tracking/chasing these being returned.
- Daily reconciliation of customer bank receipts.
- Bi-weekly processing of customer cheque receipts.
- Processing ad hoc bank payments.
- Importing bank transactions from online banking platform.
- Assisting with ad hoc audit queries as and when required.
- Assisting with maintenance of process documentation to enable others to cover your primary duties when required.
The Person:

- Previous office experience is desirable.
- Strong IT skills including Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload.
