**Job Title**: Entry-Level Associate (July and September 2024 Start Dates)

Our Client are committed to nurturing talent and providing opportunities for recent graduates to launch their careers. As they continue to grow, they're excited to offer entry-level associate positions for graduates of the class of 2024, with start dates in, January, June, July and September 2024.

**Position Overview**:
They're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic graduates who are eager to embark on a challenging and rewarding career journey. As an Entry-Level Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with their talented teams, gain invaluable experience. This program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the business operations while offering mentorship and growth opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to contribute data-driven insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to achieve company goals.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute fresh ideas.
- Learn and adapt to industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects on time and with high-quality results.
- Receive mentorship and coaching to develop essential skills for your career.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong academic record and a passion for learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Adaptability and eagerness to take on new challenges.
- Internship or relevant work experience is a plus, but not required.

INDMRC

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
