Futures are a well-established and rapidly expanding recruitment business in Horsforth, offering the exciting opportunity to join our successful education recruitment team at the entry level

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to support the team and contribute towards the overall recruitment process, with progression opportunities available later down the line.

To be successful you don’t need knowledge or experience in relation to the recruitment industry – what we are looking for is a stand-out attitude – the ideal candidate will be outgoing, well-organised and a strong communicator. We are looking for an enthusiastic, eager-to-learn individual that would seize the opportunity to have an introduction to the recruitment industry and be a part of a business that offers longevity.

The recruitment industry offers the opportunity to build a career with uncapped earning potential. By joining this team, there is the potential to become a consultant and develop into a role where you can have your own desk and manage your own billings.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Educated to a good standard, with a GCSE grade 4 (formerly a C) or above in English and Maths
• Proficient in IT and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Good organisational and time management skills
• An attention to detail
• A confident and friendly team player

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working on internal databases and updating data and information regularly
• General administrative duties as required by the wider team
• Contacting candidates to understand their requirements via telephone and email
• Screening and shortlisting CVs
• Managing the advertisement of roles, using job boards and professional social media platforms
• Being proactive in securing new candidates for upcoming opportunities
• Supporting the candidate throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
