Marketing Administration Assistant

The business of law is serious but that doesn’t stop us from having fun and doing what we do best as a Marketing Team - delivering award-winning campaigns that mark us out as distinctly different.
Don’t get the wrong idea though: we’re here to deliver results and support our lawyers by driving the firm’s profile and organising advertising and marketing whether it’s TV, radio, press, networking, eventsanything and everything online or offline.
You may be an experienced administrator, or you may be someone looking for a foot in the door within a marketing function - either is fine with us, as long as you can contribute to the team.
What are we looking for? Someone who can tick the following boxes:
- Helping keep our website up to date by uploading and updating content (and removing old content where needed) - ideally, you’ll know a bit about WordPress, but it’s not essential.
- Organising and attending events, seminars and networking.
- Obtaining quotes and placing orders for marketing and promotional materials as required and ensure they are kept updated.
- Help us follow and track activity on our media plan and our content strategy.
- Some liaising with external agencies such as design agencies, printers etc.
- Assisting with proofreading and checking marketing materials whether hard copy or digital.
- Assist with the submissions for legal directories and awards.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and that all materials reflect the standards of the firm.
- Help with basic travel arrangements such as organising travel (but only where it is directly marketing related)
- Help us stay organised - it’s a busy team, so stuff needs organising and tracking, including diaries and meetings.
**You?**
Ideally someone who is enthusiastic and either an “administrative professional” or quite possible someone who is capable and wants to develop a career in Marketing. You’ll definitely be organised, I.T. literate, with a ‘can do’ attitude and keen to contribute.

**Salary**: £22,550.00-£25,000.00 per year
