**Responsibilities**:
- Provide information about job openings, benefits, and company policies and procedures.
- Train staff in proper employee conduct.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files., and ensure that confidentiality guidelines are followed.
- Maintain employee complaints files.
- Review potential employees' employment histories.
- Recruit, screen, and interview prospective employees.
- Handle in-house complaints from employees.
- Collect and analyze data about employee recruitment, turnover, job satisfaction, absenteeism, etc., and make recommendations for improvements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 - 42 per week
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
