Role**:Customer Experience Advisor**

Location**:Hybrid working**

Working hours: Shifts between 8am-8pm working 5 out of 7 days. **This is a hybrid position with the expectation to be in the office for 2 plus days a week.**

**The role will be fully office based for the first 4 weeks for a full induction which will include 2 weeks training and 2 weeks in Grad bay.**

What you'll do:

- Ensure the service we deliver is aligned with agreed SLA
- Proactively identify opportunities to constantly improve services to customers and clients

Experience you'll bring:

- Experience of working in a team focused environment
- Excellent customer service skills, and ability to effectively manage and resolve queries
- Competent use of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage own workload without supervision
- Experience of working within a customer service/contact centre utilising relevant technology and equipment supported by CRM systems
