**Job Title**

Delivery Driver 3.5 T

**Working Schedule**:
Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri ; 02.00 am untill finish ( 8-10 hours day)

Transport Manager

**AT ALL TIME FOLLOW & ADHERE TO COMPANY GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES**

**Vehicle Maintenance**

Daily walk round defect report checks are to be completed for vehicle in use. Any defects are to be recorded on sheets provided and the Transport Manager is to be notified immediately. Any further vehicle maintenance will be organized by the Transport Manager

Vehicle Cleanliness is of the upmost importance and every driver must keep the delivery vehicle clean at all times

**Driving**

Drivers are expected to drive in a professional manner taking into consideration the safety of not only themselves but also fellow road users and pedestrians. A driver’s manual is provided to outline driving legislation and company rules and regulations

**Deliveries**

All deliveries are to be completed to the requirement outlined in the route schedule. No deliveries are to be made without a delivery note.

Manual handling is required and the driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to its destination.

Any further instruction is outlined in the Drivers Manual

**Paperwork**

All delivery notes are to be signed by the customer upon delivery and returned to the office daily.

Delivery notes requiring an authorised stamp must be completed at all times and signed for upon return.

No deliveries are to be made without a delivery note present unless authorised by the Transport Manager.

**Health & Safety /Hygiene**

Company standards are to be adhered to with regards to personal hygiene outlined in the company and driver’s manual.

PPE will be provided and must be worn at all times.

Any Health and Safety issues/concerns are to be raised to the Transport Manager who will then forward to the designated Health and Safety representative for W.C.Rowe.

**Training & Development**

Any potential training is to be completed as and when requested by the Transport Manager.

Driver CPC training is to be completed according to legislation

**General**

As an employee of W.C.Rowe you are expected to adhere to the company rules and regulations at all times. If you have any questions or queries you are expected to report to the Transport Manager/Senior Manager or the HR department

All drivers must adhere to the company policy regarding data protection

And confidentiality and this is applied to areas such as Alarm codes and Keys supplied for access/egress to internal/external premises.

In case of emergencies the first point of contact will be the Transport Manager and in his/her absence a designated person will be appointed and instruction will follow.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Falmouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPC Driving Licence (required)
