Youth Engagement Officer

LAGAT College is a local, independent Training Provider specialising in supporting school leavers and adults into training and employment.

A large part of our delivery is centred around post 16 options including apprenticeships and traineeships.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team who can engage with partner organisations, and young people directly to support growth in this area and help to promote these vocational pathways across our county. The role will also involve attending careers events and working closely with LAGAT's recruitment and delivery teams.

What can you expect working for LAGAT?

You will be part of a small, friendly team of people who are all passionate about helping our employers and learners, we give you an extra day off on your birthday and have free on site parking. Plus we all make a great cup of tea

This role will be working 1 day a week working 8.30 - 4.30 (flexibility to suit school hours will be considered)

Based in Lincoln and surrounding areas. Own transport is essential

Salary £18,000 pro rata

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 7.5 per week

**Salary**: Up to £18,000.00 per year
