**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and organised person to join our Customer Accounts Team.

Our Customer Accounts team is responsible for the maximisation of income for the Kingdom Group, providing tenants with advice on Welfare Reform and assisting our tenants to sustain their tenancies.

As a Senior Customer Accounts Advisor, you will manage a team of officers who work to reduce arrears and provide excellent service to our customers. In this role, you will ensure all cases are actioned in line with procedure. You will also have responsibility for complex cases and legal action. In addition you will assist with reporting and rent calculations. You will work closely with other departments and external agencies to build relationships and deliver our strategic objectives. You’ll also be required to keep up to date with current legislation and provide accurate and relevant advice to both our internal and external customers.

**About You**

You will have experience of working in a busy office environment, have relevant administrative experience, be a confident communicator and be proficient in multiple digital systems. You should be educated to CIH Level 4 in Housing Practice or equivalent. The ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Check.
