Quality Associate

This is a key position within the Department to help manage and monitor our customer and product quality related processes. It provides administrative support to the Quality Engineers and liaises with various colleagues across CMR and also 3rd parties to ensure smooth processing of Customer complaints and also support further Product Quality and Reliability Department objectives.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days a week being based in our Cambridge and Ely offices.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to our Complaint handling team
- Assist Quality Engineers with timely completion of investigations
- Liaise with colleagues across CMR as required to support the team's daily work
- Provide project support on Product Quality and Performance initiatives
- Continually strive to identify and implement process improvements
- Support colleagues across CMR and 3rd party representatives with matters within the Department's remit
We're a rapidly developing company and roles can change and evolve. You'll be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Product Quality and Performance team remit that supports the team with delivering its objectives.
**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have/be:
- Knowledge of basic Quality Management System processes
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach and willingness to get involved with any issues as they arise
- Ability to work independently when needed, use initiative and effectively prioritise workload
- Experience working in Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of document management system principles
- Ideally, some experience with standard quality problem solving tools (not mandatory but nice to have)
