As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing your own customer base, processing all their orders and dealing with any queries.

**You will be great at**:

- Communication (written and verbal) - must have a professional and excellent telephone manner
- Being a pro-active thinker who is striving for improvement within the business and is forthcoming with information/ideas
- Working well independently but, can also work as part of a team
- Working cross-functionally with other departments
- Carrying out specific tasks with minimum of supervision, and to tight timescales
- Customer care

**You are**:

- Positive, with a good attitude to work with a flexible approach
- Driven with the confidence to take ideas forwards
- Looking to learn and contribute to the teams’ overall objectives
- Reliable and punctual
- Good presentation and a courteous, professional manner

**You Have**:

- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a customer service, supply chain or export environment
- Must be able to demonstrate experience of being able to work under timeline pressures
