As a Customer Service Advisor you will guide our customers through our current collections for Baukjen and Isabella Oliver and provide advice and assistance with orders.

**General**
- To work as a part of a team and deliver first class, professional customer service.
- To make sure that all customer enquiries and/or complaints are dealt with at first point of contact.
- To meet the previously agreed Key Performance Indicators.
- Will be required to work some bank holidays and Saturdays as per the needs of the business.
- Taking orders from customers and ensuring stock is available to meet order requirements
- Process customer returns and exchanges

**Key Skills Required**
- Previous Customer Service experience required, 3 years or more
- Familiarity with general operations of a call center is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team; ability to communicate effectively with customers and other team members
- Ability to prioritize effectively and proactive in all aspects of the job.
- Strong organizational skills and strong computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills desired
- Compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written communication
- Prepared to go the extra mile and use ones initiative
