Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced **Recruitment Consultant/Internal Recruiter** who also has a great understanding of HR practices.
This position would suit an individual that has worked in a busy **Recruitment Agency** or **Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition** where you have recruited for a variety of positions and can negotiate and communicate at all levels.
This is a dynamic role where you will be managing the end-to-end process for internal recruitment for the Group and to be the point of contact and work closely with hiring managers and wider stakeholders, in return you are given autonomy and full supportto help you get the job done.
**Duties include**:
- Liaise with managers and update job descriptions when necessary/draft and post job adverts
- Shortlist and review CVs and advise Hiring Managers on selection criteria
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand the business and recruit accordingly
- Ensure smooth transition from ending of recruiting process to the on-boarding of new employee
- Administer and maintain the Recruitment system/Maintain recruitment records and files
- Report on recruitment activities to the Group Head of HR
- Updating systems and updating HR tracker/HR filing/e-filing
- Ensure legal compliance is met in all aspects of recruitment and onboarding
- Review process and policy as an ongoing continuous improvement, bringing new ideas and innovation to the group
- Conduct and review Induction processes
- Assist in the wider HR team as and when required
**The ideal person**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in either Recruitment Agency or Internal Recruitment
- Up to date knowledge of **Employment Law and HR practices**:
- Ability to communicate at all levels, (written and verbal) including 'managing up’ and advising key stakeholders the best course of action, where necessary
- Great attention to detail, competent computer skills and accuracy in your input
- Hold a **FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE and own vehicle**:
- **Based within 40 minutes driving time to Shaftesbury**:
- Sense of humour, driven and able to juggle many tasks - no two days are the same
In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of **£30-£35,000 per annum** plus Pension and Benefits, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (one day WFH) along with full support and a pathway for career development.
