**The Vacancy**

**Customer Service Assistant - Money Transmissions**

**£23,381 per annum**

We have a great opportunity to join our Operations team in the role of Customer Service Assistant - Money Transmissions. As part of our Payment Processing team, you’ll keep The Cumberland ticking along and provide back-office support on all our electronic payment types such as: direct debits, standing orders, faster payments, international transfers as well cheques. Using your attention to detail and time management skills, you’ll ensure we deliver the best customer experience possible.

This position is full time, working on a rota basis between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Applicants outside of the Carlisle area will be considered, with the desire that the applicant can travel to Carlisle at least once a month.
