**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**

- Ability to manage all aspects of administration in accordance with the requirements of the experts.
- Must have an understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to review and interpret medical documentation efficiently, to provide suitable medical records.
- Knowledge of speech recognition software.
- Ability to be self-motivating, innovative and work without supervision.
- Highly organised and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint necessary.
- Good typing and keyboard skills.
- A good level of English language and grammar.
- High level of integrity as you will have access to confidential records.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES**
- Review incoming instructions and learn all relevant details needed to complete the task in hand.
- Understanding of when medical records are lacking around the time of the incident and pre-post-accident.
- Prepare a medical review of records (chronology of events) based on the documents provided and the Letter of Instruction showcasing the incident (Clin Neg/PI).
- Co-ordinating with Senior Team Leader (**“STL”**) to ensure a ‘streamlined’ workflow where possible.
- Take responsibility for the content of the records provided to the expert concerned to ensure correct detail is captured.
- Working and building knowledge on PDF documents and editing.
- Liaise with Senior Team Leader and COM on specific cases to ensure queries are answered appropriately.
- Proofreading of completed review of records in the correct format.
- Maintain records and liaise with STL to provide final documents.
- Maintaining records on SharePoint and adhering to confidentiality.
- Adhering to legislation (GDPR).
- Monitor and review processes/procedures to ensure the efficient running of the role.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
