Storm Ventilation Supplies are the fastest growing company in their sector in which they stock and distribute a range of fans, ducting and associated products to the Heating and Ventilation market.
We have a great opportunity at our Bourne End branch for an Internal Sales Person to join our team in our very busy sales office. There may be the occasion where making a customer delivery in one of our vehicles will be required.
The job calls for the successful applicant to buy into our culture, which is centred on our own expectations of customer service. This is the cornerstone of our business and has brought us to where we are; a young company with nine branches already operating in the UK. There are further plans for growth in place.
If this is a role that interests you, these are our key requirements.
- **Experience in the HVAC industry or a Construction sector based sales office or trade counter would be a huge advantage.**:
- Your character, approach and attitude is key and will play a big part in our final decision.
- Must be enthusiastic and not afraid of working hard.
- You must have a practical approach to all branch duties.

The package includes an attractive salary, 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) and an invite into our Workplace Pension Scheme. To ensure that all Storm employees are motivated and focused on being the best in our industry, we are unique in this market sector by including an uncapped bonus scheme based on branch profitability.
Salary is based on experience and is therefore negotiable.
