If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Cotswolds Portfolio as a Facilities & Support Services Co-ordinator, supporting the Facilities and Business Services team in their day-to-day delivery.

You'll be based at the staff hub in Ebworth, GL6 7ES, where you'll have access to free parking, WCs, kitchen facilities etc, as well as the priceless perk of access to stunning walks in our SSSI and NNR Beech Woodland. There is also some likelihood of working at other sites in the portfolio as part of regular working, however you will be based at Ebworth and should expect the majority of work to be there.

What you'll be doing:This role will be supporting the Facilities and Business Services Team in their support of the wider Cotswolds Portfolio. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager but also working closely with the Facilities and Support Services Manager, you will be working in the delivery of day-to-day Hard and Soft FM. You'll be a key artery in the delivery of a steady rhythm in the beating heart of the team.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be exclusive to:

- Delivery of routine compliance tasks (system testing, meter reads, compliance checks)
- Delivery of basic reactive maintenance activities
- Arranging and hosting contractors
- Covering the reception desk, answering phones, managing bookings, and welcoming visitors
- Setting up rooms for meetings and events
- Maintaining our online property and compliance systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve our working practices and helping to execute positive change
