**About the role**

The role is full time (37hours), Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and aspiring Electrical Lecturer to join our Construction & Engineering team at Middlesbrough College.
- Must hold a level 3 Electrical Engineering or Installation qualification, along with the following
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification and Testing and Inspection of Electrical Systems qualification.
- Achievement of or working towards a recognised teaching qualification.
- Hold or be prepared to work towards a recognised Assessor qualification (if required).
- Current knowledge and / or experience of one or more fields of Business.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prepare written and visual teaching materials including the effective use of Information Learning Technology, eg Virtual Learning Environment, Power-Point supported by key software.
