Excellent opportunity to join a thriving company based in Cookstown as their Payroll Officer

**Duties**

You will be responsible for weekly & monthly payroll and ensure all deadlines are met to ensure timely and accurate payments. You will report to the Company Finance Director. - End-to-end processing of the weekly & Monthly PAYE payroll
- Setting up new starters and terminating leavers on the timesheet and payroll software
- Timesheet management
- Main point of contact for all timesheet/payroll queries
- Importing pay data into payroll software
- Processing HMRC notifications, including tax code changes and Student Loan notifications
- Calculating SSP, SMP, SPP, bonuses in line with HMRC guidance
- Processing holiday pay and expense claims
- Producing payslips, P45s and P60s
- Creating BACS files for weekly payments
- Pension administration, including auto-enrolment, uploading and paying weekly contribution schedules
- Ad hoc duties as required by Finance Director.

**Essential Experience**
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous end-to-end payroll experience
- Experience using Sage or similar system

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
