Senior Block Manager

**Salary**: £45,000 - £47,000

Location: SW London

I am working exclusively for a successful managing agent based in SW London, who are looking for an experienced residential property manager with strong leasehold experience to join the department and manage their own portfolio.

More about the role:
As a block manager for this company, your key responsibilities will include:

- Looking after a portfolio of roughly 400 units, all in the local area
- Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
- Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works
- Site visits to ensure good building condition
- Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
- Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
- Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio

Key skills required:

- Significant experience managing high end properties
- IRPM Qualification (essential for the higher end of the salary bracket)
- Strong customer service and attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projects
- Strong budgeting and financial management experience
