**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our Operations team as a Rostering Lead. Dedicated to planning, building and publishing a crew and aircraft roster to ensure operational continuity and efficiency whilst handling the daily revision of conflicts and notifications.

Your skills in scheduling and rostering, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, will be pivotal to the success of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering an efficient roster that maximises productivity, operational flexibility and cost saving opportunities.
- Owning and pursuing continuous improvement tasks.
- Fulfil short-term operational planning and long term forecasting.
- Ensuring full compliance with the regulatory requirements.
- Effective collaboration with the Training department to schedule all training, recencies and other non-duty requirements.

- Demonstrable experience in rostering.
- A stress resilient person that finds energy and enjoyment in solving problems under time pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think commercially and strategically whilst ensuring safety objectives and full regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proactive ‘can do’ approach to problem solving and providing creative solutions.
- Competent IT skills and working knowledge of Google suite.
- Holds a current UK Driving Licence.
