Allen Lane are delighted to be supporting a leading Housing Association with their search for an experienced Business Change Manager to support the IT department and wider organisation through a number of system and process changes. This is a permanent positionoffering hybrid working, with 1 or 2 days per week required in their central London office.

**The role**

As the Business Change Manager you will:

- Support senior Stakeholders through mapping, analysis and action plans. Developing strong relationships with the key stakeholders, business functions and user groups.
- Develop a training plan for projects after carrying out training needs analysis that will upskill users
- Carry out regular assessments of any changes that are implemented, reporting back to key stakeholders
- Ensure that all business functions and user groups are ready to transition to the new working environment
- Formulate a plan in order to measure the success of any changes (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Project manage the change workstream including reporting on risks and assumptions
- Work with the organisation to measure and assess the benefits following the end of any project

**Key responsibilities**

As a Business Change Manager you will have:

- Strong experience in managing people through the change process
- A proven track record in delivering successful change projects, supporting cross-functional teams
- The ability to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure change is adopted
- A passion for supporting change from a process, people and system perspective
- Strong literacy skills in order to create professional documentation including presentations that can be delivered to diverse stakeholder groups
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Change Manager
- Experience working in a lean environment or knowledge of lean principles

**What you get in return**

A salary of between £50,000 - £55,000 plus a range of excellent benefits
