Our client who are based in the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre, are a leading PR/ Marketing company. They are looking for a **receptionist** on a full-time, permanent basis to join their expanding team. The company offer a fantastic working environment along with great career progression prospects.

The salary for this position is **£22,000 per annum**.

This role offers a working pattern of **Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.**

**What will I be doing as within the receptionist position?**
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting these in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensuring the reception area/ phones are always covered.
- Greeting all visitors in a polite and courteous manner.
- Keeping reception area and meeting rooms tidy.
- Displaying magazines in reception or circulating copies to the appropriate PR teams.
- Setting up meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments are available and that lunches are ordered in advance/are available when required, as well as clearing down after lunches/meetings have finished.
- Managing all consumables (for meetings and breakroom top-ups - tea bags, coffee, snacks, sweets, hand soap etc.)
- Managing all the agency’s incoming and outgoing post
- Providing low-level admin support for internal finance and HR teams, where necessary.
- Booking travel, accommodation, and taxis for executives, as required.
- Packing products and booking couriers where necessary.
- Occasionally helping PR and social media teams with low-level research to support client activities and new business proposals.
