**Are you an experienced Stock Controller who can not only manage the day-to-day of stock management, but also work through viable solutions to ensure stock is appropriately managed as our business grows? If so, we want to hear from you**

Our Stock Controller will be responsible for maintaining optimum stock levels of our products and consumables at all times, ultimately contributing to the profitablity and effectiveness of our business.

Placing orders, and supporting others to do so, tracking shipments, and reporting to management on stock levels all form part of this role. Putting robust processes in place and overseeing the remote teams to carry out their stock counts needs your attention too.

**This hands-on role includes**:

- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
- Maintain our internal stock database
- Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed and support others to do so correctly
- Track shipments and address any delays
- Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items
- Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals
- Coordinate regular inventory audits and keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
- Liaise with clinic staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
- Carefully monitor stock budgets and ensure purchases do not exceed.

**What we're ideally looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Stock Controller, inventory manager or similar role
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Aesthetics or multi-site clinic-type experience would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of inventory management software
- Active participation in inventory audits
- Excellent organization skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field considered an asset
