**Excellent opportunity for a passionate and fun loving receptionist at our Horsham Branch.**

Our dental practice provides excellent General and Cosmetic dental procedures.

A fully digital and computerized Dental Practice with a variety of clinical disciplines that allow staff to expand and grow their knowledge and skills and develop over time.

**Duties of the Dental Receptionist**:

- Perform a high quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitability in line with the GDC guidelines and practice policies
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
- Liaise with the practice manager on all matters concerning administration

**Working Hours**:
Monday - 07:45-18:15

Tuesday - 07:45-18:15

Wednesday - 07:45-18:15

Thursday - 07:45-18:15

Friday - 07:45-17:15

Alternate Saturdays - 08:45-13:15

**Requirements of the Dental Receptionist**:

- Dental Reception experience desirable but not essential
- Experience within a reception or customer server role
- Strong knowledge of IT and various computer software packages
- Confident with dealing with different people on a daily basis
- Work well within a team as well as individually
- Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Great organizational skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£13.00 per hour
