Elevation Recruitment Groups HR division are are currently working with a fast growing organisation based in Doncaster who are looking for a HR Administrator to support their current HR function.

Reporting into the HR Manager, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding including:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
- Administer offboarding procedures, conducting exit interviews and handling documentation related to employee departures
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both in physical files and electronic databases
- Generate employment-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and HR reports
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and act as a liaison with external benefit providers
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts, escalating issues to HR management when necessary

**Requirements for the role**:

- Desired CIPD Level 3 or equivalent understanding
- Previous experience in a HR role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
