Support and assist with fulfilment of the scheduled services for a panel of carriers within all the Ardonagh Group Carrier Management contracts, whilst always aligning to our core principle of acting in the best interests of our original clients/end customers.Assist with building relationships throughout the Carrier organisation (s) at every level to ensure optimised traction and business understanding through the contracted schedule of services, and into the Ardonagh Group.

**Purpose of the Role**:

- Support the contract fulfilment and service delivery for a panel of Carrier Management Insurers.
- Assist senior members of the team with the stewardship of our relationships with relevant carriers, internally and externally.
- Lead and support delivery of portfolio analysis and appetite reports for contracted insurers
- In conjunction with our data and operational teams, support the delivery of performance analytics and service as defined in the Carrier Management contracts.
- Support the development of our Carrier Management value proposition, alongside supporting innovation in products, services and propositions, both internally and to carriers as part of the services provided.
- Support the sales activities related to our Carrier Service Agreements, new business, renewal of existing agreements, or cross sell of Ardonagh services.
- Act as an internal early warning system, to be the person of contact to deal with escalation of issues and strategic placement changes
- Be an advocate for helping the Carrier client navigate Ardonagh, understand structure and strategy including growth / sales strategy.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Base understanding of the market, carrier management and delivery
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to deliver to strict timeframes
- Ability to self-motivate, can think around problems, being creative and resourceful, able to prioritise and work under pressure
- Practical experience of portfolios, facilities and panels for commercial and personal insurance desirable.

- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Fully proficient in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to present information in a manner that is appropriate and accessible to all levels
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Be creative and resourceful to think round and resolve problems
- Ability to work under own initiative, and as part of a broader team.
