**Care Coordinator Aministration**

**25 hours per week - worked over 5 days**

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Primary Care Network based at the Holsworthy Medical Centre.

This is a busy role supporting the PCN team with day to day administration across the PCN sites. You will be carrying out general administration, gathering information for reports and surveys, orgainising meetings, circulating documents, taking minutes and assisting with the organisation of vaccination clinics.

You must be used to organising and prioritising your own workloads and working in a busy and varied environment.

The essential knowledge and skills that we are looking for in the role are:

- Office Administration
- Computer skills including Microsoft packages
- Organisation and Planning
- Coordination of activities and events
- Communication face to face and on the telephone
- Problem Solving
- Attention to detail
- Self sufficient/working independently
- Using computerised systems to plan and organise activities
- Working in a busy office environment with conflicting priorities
- Working within a multi site and multi disciplinary team

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £11.54 per hour
