Vaccine Care Co-ordinator

**£11.54 per hour**

**15 Hours per week**

We have an opportunity for a Vaccine Care Coordinator to join the Primary Care Network, based at the Holsworthy Medical Centre. In this role you will coordinate vaccination programmes and clinics within the PCN practice teams ensuring that vaccination clinics are offered and that patients who meet the set criteria have been invited to attend. You will be monitoring the uptake of vaccinations and making sure that the vaccine programmes meet expected standards. To be successful in this role you need a range of skills gained in a busy environment where you have been working to deadlines and interacting with customers on a daily basis. These essential skills include:

- Computerised systems and data bases
- Microsoft packages

Occasional weekend working will be required as vaccine clinics are sometimes held at weekends.

COVID-19 considerations:
As we are a healthcare setting all staff are required to wear a mask at work. Patients visiting the practices are asked to wear a mask. Staff are required to carry out a Lateral Flow test twice weekly.
