Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organising documents
- Maintain excel spread sheet with all outgoings and in goings. Attach invoices to the system and reconcile from the bank statements.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using excel
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
