**The role**

**Role responsibilities**:

- Monitor tender portals for new opportunities and tender releases.
- Creating overall compelling, clear, engaging and high scoring submissions.
- Prepare clear, persuasive, and comprehensive tenders and bids. This includes writing, editing, and formatting documents.
- Provide one QS tone of voice across quality submissions.
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to gather necessary information and insights for bid preparation.
- Manage timelines to ensure timely submission of all tenders and bids.
- Review feedback on submitted tenders to improve future submissions and processes.
- Maintain and manage the repository of previous tenders, ensuring that all official documents are up-to-date and readily accessible for reference and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.

**Key skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in tender writing or a similar role.
- Proven skills in producing and editing proposal content within a complex business environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the Higher Education industry.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents and requirements.
- Professional certifications related to business writing or project management.
