We have a new opportunity for a Bid Writer to join our global bids team at a very exciting stage for our organisation.

Tenth Revolution Group is the global leader in cloud talent solutions, delivering digital transformation through people and we would like you to join us to help us grow.

Reporting in to the Global Head of Bids, you will be responsible for helping our sales teams to create compelling pitches, manage requests for information and ensure that tender processes run smoothly. You will work in cooperation with other teams across our global business to present a consistent message to our customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintaining the bids library across our different brands
- Compiling information from internal stakeholders to ensure bids are accurate and of a high quality
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Taking on ad-hoc projects as required

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Essential**:

- Experience in bid or proposal writing, or commercial writing
- High standard of written English, editing and proofreading experience helpful
- Proficiency in MS Office products, experience of other proposal management software a bonus
- Ability to manage multiple projects / activities simultaneously

**Nice to have but not essential**:

- Commercial experience, preferably within the tech or professional services sector
- Understands best practice and end-to-end cycle for bids process
- Experience of working closely with Legal teams and / or an understanding of contractor compliance a bonus

- Proactive and confident in communicating with stakeholders at every level, including senior management
- Courteous and professional manner, able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike
- Demonstrates good planning, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and prepared to work flexibly to meet requirements across different time zones
- Keen attention to detail

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year
