**The Role**
Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Senior NPD Technologist for Histon. In Histon, we manufacture a host of ambient sweetspreads and jellies for our grocery brands. These includes Hartley'sjams and jellies, Gale's honey, Rose's and Robertsons marmalade's.
The role of the senior NPD Technologist is to develop and deliver ‘best in class’ commercially viable new or improved products from product briefs to launch, ensuring that the Hain Daniels Group Stage & Gate Launch Procedure is followed principally supporting the NPD Managers.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *
- Manage and Develop recipes in response to product briefs, creating and preparing test samples in the kitchen and pilot plant to key critical path dates under the direction of NPD Managers
- Adhere to the Hain Daniels Group Launch Procedure
- Generate the supporting paper work for internal or external product panels/presentations
- Personally demonstrate the correct safety behaviours, ensuring safe operating practices are followed and Complete Near Miss reports

**What you will need for the role / what it will take**:

- 1 year technical Food Manufacturing, could include University Gap Year
- Basic Food Hygiene
- Administrative skills, IT skills - word processing, spreadsheet & data analysis
- Good English and Numeracy skills
