About the Company
This company has been operating for around 15 years' and working within sectors such as, Leisure, Education, Industrial and Residential ranging in value from £500,000 to £30 million. Do you fancy a change from your every-day boring projects?
Having expanded significantly over the last 2 years, this practice is in a phase of growth and hoping to add new individuals to their team.
This company has around 20 people which means they can hold substantial socials and group events, such as numerous social and charity events. They have a wide range of projects in the works and punch above their weight in terms of project sizes and values.
The successful Architectural Technologist will have around 5 plus years' experience within the sector - someone who can work independently on a range of different sectors at one time. They use a range of different software packages including MicroStation, AutoCADand Revit. While AutoCAD is essential, Revit and MicroStation is desirable.
Visualizations and graphics side of the business is an area they've put an emphasis on over the last year and hope to continue to do so.
This role is for an Architectural Technologist who is looking for more independence to start running their own medium to large scale projects, if you like the sound of that then this role is for you
