Working under the direction of the Premises Manager to take responsibility for the maintenance of the fabric, fixtures and facilities of all the school’s buildings and grounds. To maintain consistent standards of maintenance and presentation and the provisionof a first class facilities service.

The current Estates team includes the Premises Manager, Senior Caretaker, 4 x Caretakers.
