We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Global Liquidity Investments team as Liquidity Investment Specialist. The role will work closely with the with regional Sales and Investment teams and Local/Global Product teams to drive the successful growth in assets and revenues of the Liquidity business.

In this role, you will:

- Support with complex client deals as the SME (client facing and internal support as relevant).
- Collaborate on marketing with Sales, including attendance at key internal and external client/industry events and conferences, as expert speaker/participant or in support of capability strategy
- Partner with Investment teams (Portfolio Managers) and help delivery of Investment objectives.
- Manage the Liquidity Capability’s solution strategy by providing insights into client trends and market intelligence, to help drive initiatives for client growth and retention.
- Assist with competitive positioning, understand industry changes and trends to enhance current and future product plans.
- Identify new product opportunities in collaboration with Sales teams.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams on fund launches and enhancements.
- Own or support specific global or regional growth and transformation initiatives including sustainable investments.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Prior experience in asset management and/or related roles is essential for this position
- A solid understanding of global cash investment processes and products including Money Market Funds specifically, and the needs of Treasury segment investors, is essential.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including producing and delivering technical pitches, marketing materials, and preparation of business cases and new product development proposals.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives (at different levels of granularity).
- Good team player who can work with global and local functional team members in different time zones and who can foster and maintain good relationships.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a global environment is desirable.
