**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and improving GlobePay’s compliance framework and transaction monitoring methodology
- Timely upgrading Globepay’s compliance policies, handbooks and procedures
- Managing and improving the current AML program
- Maintaining and improving our client onboarding procedures
- Providing AML and compliance guidance to other professionals within the business
- Supervising and supporting other business functions to ensure that they are in accordance with FCA regulations
- Detecting suspicious activities and conducting appropriate SAR e-filing
- Performing company risk assessments and client risk assessments
- Performing day-to-day client account reconciliation
- Monthly reporting of AML risks to the board and Management
- Performing the tasks of periodical FCA returns and reporting
- Representing GlobePay in its communications with the FCA and other authorities in respect to AML/CTF matters
- Responding to inquiries from regulators and other government agencies
- Remaining abreast of new or amended regulations and laws related to AML and analysing their potential impact on GlobePay
- Arranging Compliance and AML training for employees
- Arranging third-party auditing reviews, overseeing their review, presenting the results to management, and implementing appropriate steps to comply with audit recommendations
- Conducting due diligence on GlobePay’s service providers and checking commercial and legal documents
- Assisting Company’s legal works including checking legal and commercial agreement of service providers
- Other relevant ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time

Ideally you shall meet the following requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- CAMS or similar certificate/diploma is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of UK and EU compliance laws and regulations applicable to financial institutions (including but not limiting to, MLR 2017, PSR 2017, DPA 2018, JMLSC Guidance)

**Salary**: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
