**What you will do as a **Senior Group & Events Planner**

Some of the key tasks include but are not limited to:

- Ensure the smooth running of all administration and execution of all planned groups & events
- Effectively manage the rooms & events diaries to maximise revenues
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable show rounds with prospect clients
- Utilise our in-house booking system to manage your bookings, provide written confirmation such as proposals and contracts, and produce group overviews and event orders

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment.

You will preferably have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, and most importantly be eager to develop yourself to grow personally and professionally integrating a caring team in a vibrant, fun and growing company

You will have the following key skills:

- Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- Positive and friendly attitude with a passion for customer service
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
- Enthusiastic approach with the desire to exceed guests expectations
