To provide a warm welcome to all of our patients and families To provide an efficient out-patient service for women attending for in and out-patient, planned and emergency care. To ensure patient documents are prepared and delivered in a timely manner. To provide admissions information to patients, relatives and staff.

To deal with telephone enquires promptly. To provide assistance and guidance to the patients/visitors on arrival to the hospital.
