Billion Media is a growing digital marketing company based in Liverpool. We specialise in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and have an interest in the legal sector, though we offer our services to a wide range of industries.

We're seeking an experienced **SEO Specialist **to join our creative team.

**The Job**

As an SEO Specialist, you will be expected to complete all aspects of SEO, with support provided for technical and developmental work.

Your day-to-day duties will involve managing an account of websites with the aim to grow the sites and the leads produced by them.

Your specific duties will involve:

- Conducting keyword research
- Planning SEO campaigns and content
- Analysing live pages and conducting optimisation tasks
- Site audits. Technical support is in place to complete fixes
- Identifying backlink opportunities
- Providing training on SEO to colleagues
- Supporting the Head of SEO in any tasks that arise

What we’re looking for in the successful applicant:

- **Knowledge of SEO**, **researching and using keywords, backlinking and experience in using SEO tools** is essential.
- **Experience in using WordPress** is essential.

- **Attention to detail is a big part of this role**. You will be expected to update sometimes complex and technical articles which require a sharp editorial eye.
- **Organisation is also vital.** You will be responsible for your workload and will be assigned targets and deadlines to meet.

**The Benefits**

The starting salary is between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on experience. You'll be entitled to 28 days holiday per year, including bank holidays. This increases with each year of service.

We also offer flexitime and some working from home entitlements, though this role is office-based. You can expect free snacks and drinks, regular social events and a relaxed office environment.

Our office is located in Liverpool Innovation Park, which has great transport links, its own café, a gym and is just a few minutes' walk from the new Liverpool Shopping Park.

The successful applicant will be asked to complete a short SEO task followed by an interview at our offices.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
