**The Role**
As ‘ Club Receptionist’ you’ll be on the front line delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

As club receptionist, you’ll be the face of the both the Leisure and Spa within the hotel, greeting our guests day in day out. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll need to know our hotel like the back of your hand and have a skill for problem solving.

**Other Responsibilities include**:

- To operate the Club & Spa switchboard, answering it to the company standard, ensuring that all messages and enquiries are correctly handled and processed onto the booking systems immediately.
- To be constantly aware of the Club & Spa availability in order to maximise all opportunities to sell treatments & access to the Club.
- To monitor all guest accounts and to make sure all charges posted are correct with supporting documentation.
- To assist the Club Sales department where applicable.
- To take a bookings according to company standard during periods when the Spa Reception is unmanned or busy, ensuring all necessary information is completed and recorded accurately.
- To upsell all hotel facilities within the hotel to guests & members, e.g. room service, bar etc. To be fully aware of all functions and facilities within the hotel, i.e. opening/closing times of breakfast/dinner.

You wil be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach, providing professional, friendly and efficient Reception service to all guests & members of the Club & Spa,
